1. What is the significance of International Women’s Day to you?


International Women’s Day is an inspiring event that reminds us of the importance of equal rights for women all around the world. It is heartwarming to see how different countries around the world celebrate this important day. I am always motivated to hear the experiences shared by women on this day and I hope to one day inspire others with my own stories as well.

2. What is your experience as a female leader in Zuellig Pharma?

I have been in Zuellig Pharma for 13 years. I started as a finance manager and am now the Chief Operating Officer for the business. Transitioning from Finance to Operations was exciting for me as I was able to learn a different set of skills and perspectives. I am also thankful to have met bosses that have guided me over the years. As a leader, I want to create a cohesive and productive workplace for my team. I hope to offer opportunities for my team to grow themselves and develop their careers with Zuellig Pharma.

3. Do you have a female role model that has inspired you in your life/career?

Yes, my role model is my mother. She has worked very hard her entire life for my family ever since my father passed away when I was young. I am always impressed with her resilience and energy to provide for us while also taking great care of the family. She is someone that manages her time very well and works tirelessly to ensure we have everything that we need. I aspire to be like her and work hard to take care of my family while doing a good job at work.

4. Based on your own experience, what advice would you give to women considering pursuing a career in Zuellig Pharma?

My advice will be to keep an open mind and work hard. Never be afraid to try different things and always keep challenging yourself. Being in the healthcare industry, it is important to always do your best as the work we do can directly impact the lives of others.
